Aging visibility and draft Form 20 demand notices so recovery stays in the console — not legal advice.
Tickets by urgency — leakage, defects, and contractor status in one queue.
Entries, contractors on site, and the pulse the manager checks before lunch.
Export fund CSV and see collection rate before the committee meeting.
Create a tenant for your condo or gated community — or request a live walkthrough with your site's shape. Guidance for operators, not legal advice.
